Operation Lifesaver will, on a monthly basis, select four recipients, from a list of qualified participants to receive a ThermosŪ Stainless Steel Hydration Bottle. In addition to being a high quality product, it will show that you are informed and aware of the dangers that are present at highway/railway crossings.
To be eligible for the monthly draw, you must:
- Reside in Canada
- Be over 14 years of age
- Complete the on-line "Train to Drive" training
- Score more than 80%
- Obtain a Certificate of Completion
- Complete all the mandatory fields on the registration form
- Agree to these terms & conditions.
No substitution of prize is allowed. Prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable. Prize has no cash value.
By agreeing to these terms, the winner agrees to release all sponsors, partners and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize.
The winner allows OL to post his or her name for promotional purposes in conjunction with this monthly draw and without compensation.
All personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold to any third parties, nor will such information be added to bulk email lists. This information will be used for statistical purposes only.
Operation Lifesaver retains the right to reject all candidates that have submitted false information.
Users who do not wish to participate in the monthly draw may do so by clicking the "Ignore" button on the registration form. This will allow them to proceed without providing personal information.
