No substitution of prize is allowed. Prize is non-transferable and non-negotiable. Prize has no cash value. By agreeing to these terms, the winner agrees to release all sponsors, partners and their parent and subsidiary companies, their officers, directors, employees, agents, shareholders, affiliates, suppliers, distributors, and advertising agencies from all liability, claims, or actions of any kind whatsoever for injuries, damages, or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership, or use of the prize. The winner allows OL to post his or her name for promotional purposes in conjunction with this monthly draw and without compensation. All personal information collected will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold to any third parties, nor will such information be added to bulk email lists. This information will be used for statistical purposes only. Operation Lifesaver retains the right to reject all candidates that have submitted false information.
